Together with my windsurf-friends Bjorn and Juergen Saragosa we went to the beautiful Lake Garda in Italy. The windsurf-expo started on the 29th of May till the 2nd of June 2004 in Torbole. Torbole is a very nice pitoresk village on the boarder of Lake Garda. All the people were very friendly and we stayed in a family-hotel near the water. Starboard and Hot Sails Maui gave us the opportunity to test their gear and show the huge crowed our windsurf-skills. Juergen 7, Bjorn 12 and myself at an age of 8 years old got a lot of attention by the press. Elvis Martinez our windsurf-guru at Bonaire gave great interviews to promote the windsurfsport for children. Hot Saisl Maui en Starboard have a lot of great boards and sails especcialy designed for kids. Tonky Frans , and the famous Bjorn Dunckerbeck were also present at the surf-expo.
